In past few years, the tradition of self-employment has risen relatively. A new survey shows that Self-employed are happy people. People who are working for themselves, are much happier and more engaged in their works as compared to people in other professions.
According to a British research whiich was based on more than 5000 workers, researchers found that people who ere self-employed in a variety of sectors were also more successful in their careers and they are much more satisfied than professional employees. People working as a freelancer also have greater opportunities for innovation.
Peter Warr who is the author-professor of the University of Sheffield said, “Professional workers who are self-employed really value the autonomy they have. They have the freedom to innovate, express their own views, have influence beyond their own role and compete with other companies and people.”
