Now Robot Will Now Hire HumansIt may sound strange, but its true. The robot will now hire humans for jobs. A robot “Vera” which is been created by Russian startup Stafory is designed to recruit humans and full up the vacancy in a company. This may sound surreal but Vera is actually recruiting humans for companies like Pepsi Co, Ikea, and Loreal.

Vera is an AI-based robot which has been trained with 13 billion examples of syntax and speech from TV, Wikipedia, and job listings so that the vocabulary of Vera could expand. Vera also integrates various speech recognition technologies from companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Yandex. Vera is also being taught as how to react to emotions such as anger, happiness or disappointment.
